A large seaside holiday home with a swimming pool, a whirlpool, and a sauna. The holiday home is perfect for large families and groups of up to 26 people. On the ground floor there are a large living room, a children’s area with a video game zone, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and exit to the swimming pool. Suite-type rooms: each suite has its private entrance and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a private covered terrace with sea and nature park view, so that every family feels comfortable. The outdoor area features a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, and a sea view terrace. In the basement there is a leisure room with billiards and a table football.
The villa territory is fully fenced. There are a swimming pool, a barbecue, and parking space for 6 cars in the outdoor area. The house is 10km away from the city of Pula and the cultural sites accessible via regular bus service. Within a 700m radius, there are a few good quality restaurants, as well as a store, an ATM, a souvenir shop, a sports equipment rental, etc. The holiday home is located within easy reach of Cape Kamenjak National Park, a beautiful nature reserve with rocky beaches alternating with shingle coves. A great place for those who love nature, clear sea, and outdoor activities.

- Departure not later than: 10:00 am

Premantura
The town is located on the southernmost tip of the Istrian peninsula and, descending into the blue-green sea, offers a spectacular sight. Its 30km of coastline, pristine bays, and beaches, desert islands, unique flora, and breathtaking landscapes turn this place into a one-of-a-kind destination.
This area has some of the cleanest waters in the Mediterranean. Due to its typical Mediterranean-style architecture, Premantura gives the impression of a sleepy seaside town braving the sea winds. In the town center, there is the bell tower of the Church of St. Lovro, named after the patron saint of Premantura, which is visible from the sea and has served for centuries as a landmark for fishermen and sailors.
The history of Premantura dates back to the distant past. Traces of dinosaurs dating 70 million years back found on the nearby Fenoliga Island, as well as the millenia-old ruins of buildings stretching across the peninsula are evidence of the presence of ancient life on Istria.
